COVID TESTING

Due to the increase in community spread of covid-19 and with the guidance of the NYS department of health, we will begin testing all of our patients for covid-19 prior to their procedure regardless of their vaccination status. This will begin with patients scheduled for a procedure on or after August 26, 2021.

Please thoroughly review the information packet below immediately and if you still have questions, please contact our covid testing line at (518) 831-1504.

The testing tent is located at our burnt hills office at 848 state route 50 and is open from 7:00 am till 5:00 pm. The date of your test was provided in the text or e-mail that you received. Again, please review the information packet below for further instructions and directions to the tent.
